  1. You need 9 of jalapeno.
  2. Get 6 of hot Thai chilli.
  3. Provide 50 grams of thai bird eyes chili.
  4. You need 3 bunch of coriander.

  6. Get 6 of lime.
  7. Provide 1/3 cup of fish sauce.

  1. Choose 3 kinds favoriite hot chili,or whats on hand,please bell pepper dont count :).
  2. Grill chilli ,until soft ,peel.
  3. Prepare coriander,mints,garlic ..ready to use ( in fact i type 3 bunch of coriander and 2 bunch of mints ..but it show only a bunch of each.
